A love like this
A love like this
consists
of what it is
exists
in its own space
insists
on separateness
resists
the hit-and-miss
desists
from more-or-less
subsists
on grit and grace
enlists
the best of us
persists
when all is loss
persists
in the abyss
persists
beyond this kiss
persists
persists
persists.
